AIM TO BUILD UP TO 30 MINUTES OF MODERATE EXERCISE FIVE DAYS OF THE WEEK. YOU CAN DO THIS ALL TOGETHER, SPLIT INTO TWO FIFTEEN MINUTE SESSIONS OR THREE TEN MINUTE SESSIONS THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY.
